What is personal data?

Personal data is any information related to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined directly or indirectly, particularly by means of identifiers such as name, personal identification number, location dana, etc.

Who is data subject?

Data subject is a natural person whose personal data is processed by one of the abovementioned personal data processing methods.

Who is data controller?

Data Controller is natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
