Fortenova Group’s Retail consists of six companies operating in five SE European countries with around 2,600 points of sale under five market brands – Konzum, Mercator, Idea, Roda and Tisak. This largest retail network in the region strategically focuses on working with local suppliers and maintaining and developing shorter supply chains, as well as on operational excellence supported by digital transformation. Our stores are visited by over a million customers every day.

Beverages

The production and distribution of soft drinks, mineral carbonated and non-carbonated water are the core business of three companies – Jamnica, Sarajevski kiseljak and MG Mivela – which belong to Fortenova Group’s Beverages Group. The favourite brands produced by our companies have been part of the everyday life of consumers in SE Europe for generations and are available at most retail stores across the region.

Fortenova Group’s Food Division comprises PIK Vrbovec, the leading Croatian fresh and processed meat producer, with exports to around 20 markets. PIK Vrbovec holds the export number HR 10, which makes it possible to export to the world’s most demanding markets. It also has the most modern, state-of-the-art primary meat processing facility and collaborates directly with over 100 local farms, guaranteeing traceability at all stages of the production process.

Real estate

Fortenova Group’s Real Estate operations were spun off into a separate business division in 2025, with a view to raising the standard of real estate management and centralising the operations. FNG Property HR and FNG Property SI together constitute the region’s largest commercial real estate management company, with a portfolio of retail facilities, warehouses, office premises and land plots worth more than EUR 500 million and spreading across an area of around 1.15 million square metres.
